Initially met with Jon to determine the work needed and coordinate the schedule. Very professional, easy to work with and flexible. I had to delay some of the work to fix a moisture issue in my attic and Jon was accommodating and flexible to reschedule the work when the attic fix was completed. Nino and Mike who completed the work were on-time, explained all the work they were doing and cleaned up before leaving. Very professional, and courteous. My bedroom above my garage gets very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. Brad came out to give me an estimate to remedy this problem, which included blowing insulation into my garage ceiling. He was my 3rd quote for advice about remedying this situation. The other two companies tried to sell me other insulation work around the house in addition to blowing insulation into the garage ceiling. I felt Brad was extremely honest with me...he said just to start with the garage ceiling and see how it works. He really seemed to care about not selling me additonal jobs that I didn't need. Moreover, when the quote came back for the garage ceiling work, it was $500-1500 less than the similar itemized work from the other two companies. Brad set up an appointment very soon after the consult and his guys did a great job. I can now close the door to the bedroom without it getting stifling hot. The AC actually seems to work really well in that room now! The true test will come this winter...but I am very hopeful given the immediate positive results experienced already this summer. I am so grateful to Brad and ESG for their honesty and hard work. read less

I was upset that the workers although extremely nice and polite, were not wearing face masks until their supervisor... read moreI was upset that the workers although extremely nice and polite, were not wearing face masks until their supervisor came to collect the money, and I mentioned it to him. After that, they finished working with masks on. Also, there were 4 or 5 boxes in the attic which the previous owner had left. I said they can be taken down, as they were not mine. Well, 4 boxes were empty, and onl;y 1 box had some old plumbing parts-junk. But, I was charged $100 for taking down 1 boxwith junk in it, and 4 empty boxes. Did not think that was fair. read less

Nino and his team arrived when expected and were friendly, professional, careful with items and cleaned up so well you wouldn't have know they had sawed through walls and blown in insulation. We felt the impact immediately and I no longer need to run a space heater all day! There was a slight misunderstanding with our desire for a single access point (all entry points were left as future access points with a screw-on panel placed over them) but the issue was resolved within a week of our contacting them. I felt the price was high but they explained insulation is just expensive so that part they can't control. Happy with the work. Customer service was excellent, responsive to email.
